About Lynn

Director Maulhardt represents the area northeast of Oxnard. As a managing partner of a Ventura County farm, he comes from a family with a farming history dating back to 1869. Actively involved in community water issues, he served as Chairman of the Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency from 1987 to 2017. A Vietnam War veteran and retired commercial airline pilot, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Loyola University, Los Angeles, and a Master’s in Management and Human Relations from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Director Maulhardt has been on the UWCD Board since 1985 and was re-elected in November 2020.
